It&#39;s tough. We have been told that we can use &quot;intellectual disability&quot; but it&#39;s not in the DSM-IV TR as of this hot minute...so? I have to put it on reports and say it to parents. Being a parent now, I cringe and hold back tears. It&#39;s so hard.
