I had no idea spaghetti squash was en vogue right now! My parents have been eating it for years, and I'm finding it to be an awesome easy dinner for us. I actually eat less spaghetti squash than regular pasta and end up feeling fuller.

You are so right, especially about them picking up on the crap we hold on to. If I'm having a rough day, I find myself trying to refocus and chill out. When I do, 9 times out of 10, Noah would end up being SO much more cooperative.

I need to show that video to my mom. She's always been a huge organic food advocate (even back when it wasn't as popular). She'll love it.
And yes, spaghetti squash IS en vogue right now! lol. I have to admit, I'm one of the bandwagon jumpers. Tried my first one a couple weeks ago and loved it. :)
