Brittany you have to warn pregnant ladies before you post things like that! I thought you were in tears because it was funny. Very well done. I'm posting on my FB page. I have several risk factors myself and my dad did have melanoma so it is a good reminder.

I nurse in public. I try to as cover as possible and not flash the world but hey shit happens. If people don't like it they can go somewhere else.

As for the Psa....bawling. Definitely gonna be on top of sunscreen with my kiddos. Thanks for sharing. 16 yr old me was working at a tanning salon. Wish this was out then.

I heard about people being upset about women nursing in public before, and I always thought it was ridiculous, but now that I nurse in public, I have a whole other set of emotions. It makes me so.angry! For the first few weeks I was really nervous/anxious about nursing in public, but once I did it, it's no big deal. I think often times people don't know what I'm doing (well, until my baby barfs all over... Thanks reflux...). I have no idea what I would do if someone asked me to leave! And, for what it's worth, before all this controversy, I had to nurse at Target and chose to use a fitting room just because it was right before Christmas and crazy busy and there was no where else to sit down at. But, I have no hesitations to sit down and nurse my baby wherever we are whenever he's hungry. People are CRRRRRRR-AAAAAA-ZZZZZEEEEE! :)

Also, that video is super moving. I've had probably 3 or 4 really nasty sunburns before, and Jon's had 1, and we both had lots of freckles and skin tags, so I'm super paranoid about one (or both!) of us getting skin cancer. I'm going to be obsessive about our kids using sunscreen.
